Your girls have faces that you just can't resist! I can't believe you still have snow...oh my. Do their paws get snow and ice all packed in? When we had our one "big snow" speedbump would go out and come in with little snow balls hanging off of her and it'd be packed in her feet. She probably didn't mind but it drove me crazy thinking she'd have cold feet or worse yet they'd thaw out and leave a muddy snow spots trail... I just had to post again to tell you that I made your Rugelach recipe again. I made the first two rounds and skipped the next to last step where you refrigerate for 20 min before baking - not good. Tasted good but not pretty. The second two were perfect (I went by the recipe) my fillings were cherry preserves in one half and guava paste in the other. Thanks again for the yummy recipe
Mrs JP: No, we do not have anymore snow here on the ground. Those pictures were taken a month or 2 ago. And about the Rugelach, I made that mistake too(being lazy and impatient) and it's not pretty.
